i'm a police community support officer.
i earn just over £20,000 with 14% shift allowance and 8.27% weekend enhancement on top so in total, i earn just over £25k.
i get 22 days off per year plus bank holidays.

sorry but 19k is not a great wage, in surrey. its prob a good starting wage as an unqualified. when qualify there'll be pay rise just might have to move company.
