Self employed private tutor.
Can be up to full time, depends on how many students I have - at the mo it's heading in that direction thankfully.
Take home depends on expenses, the main one is travel but I've recently passed my CBT and am back on a moped, so hopefully the £40+ a week travel will drop by at least 75% and the income will increase too!* Jan NSD *

Got pretty lucky with this job tbh, benefits are pretty good get a company car so no complaints here0 -
Work for a bank. On about £18,700 basic but probably have a yearly income of £22,000 including bonuses.
Perks-get good rates on banking products, can opt for healthcare, insurance etc.
Cons-there is a huge labour turnover in my department, it's a tough and stressful job and dealing with abusive customers isn't always fun. There's little means for promotion and your face has to fit.Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

Interesting thread.
Sustainability manager, £30k for 37 hours a week. Have a public pension and 30 days leave plus P&PHs and up to 6 months fully paid S/L over a 3 year rolling period. Oh and 6 months mat leave on full pay, plus option to take an additional 6 months mat leave and a year's unpaid leave. Could earn up to £10k more elsewhere, intend to do so when I return to work - currently pregnant.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

A charity would be irresponsible not to employ the best CEO they can. If it's a choice between having someone work for free and pulling in £1m a year and someone paid £50k and pulling in £2m a year, it's a no-brainer.
How do you know someone unpaid would only bring in £1m and someone paid £50k would bring in £2m?
Some of the highest paid people have run companies into the ground and lost millions. Many of them have been paid huge sums of money to leave, because it was cheaper than keeping them on.
Most people on here would agree that the amount someone earns bears no relation to how good they are at the job or how hard they work.0 -

Do you not know what the word 'if' means?
How much someone earns bears little relation to how hard they work, but is directly related to how much money they are likely to make a company.0 -
