  • When I read compatible with work does that mean you can run a hooky copy of MS Office on it? OpenOffice is more or less the same on all platforms, and linux can read windows formatted memory cards/flash drives etc.

    By the time you have factored in buying a copy of Office (cheaper if you have someone in the house who is a student) you may prefer to stick with Linux.
