Is this Dell mini 9 as good as my acer aspire?

I bought the acer aspire from Asda when they were £150 and its ok but it would much easier compatibility wise with work to have XP. Dell have the mini 9 in their outlet shop and I have just ordered one, specs are below. I'm not great on computer specs (sorry) is it as good as my acer?

    Or you could try Ubuntu Netbook remix if you haven't already.

    Because I have no idea how to do that and would rather not invalidate any warranty.

    I'd sell both, and buy a proper laptop with a hard disk.

    I wanted to know if the specs are as good. I just want to check I've made an ok buy.

    I'm returning the acer to Asda as its had niggles since I bought no point persevering with these if I dont like linux anyway.

    The dell mini was posted on hotukdeals as a good buy so I bought one because it has XP. I was just hoping that someone might be able to confirm that its an ok buy.

    youve put like a quater of the specs of one and a different quater of the specs on the other, only thing i can say is same webcam:T
