Well seems you are all a little deluded, after writing a letter of compliant to the bank they have offered £30 compensation :T. Saying yes it was a fault by both parties.

So, she got something - a whole £30! You realize that means virtually nothing to a bank, yes? Whether or not she deserved it is a whole other issue altogether.
