Leviathan's post was to criticize the office workers who assessed her claim, complain that instead of signing on he/she had to take a job and lastly to make a threat.
As the most useful posters on here are these office workers it should be no surprise that they respond to criticism.
If Leviathan genuininely had a question these same office workers would have taken their own time to help him/her as that is why they post on here.

    Interesting first post.

Again Quoted from Martin : This board is here for help and support for those on or looking to claim benefits, not for judgement.

Some folk are here to help, others to hinder.

Sadly, some don't stick to the morals you or I would adhere too.

...and your input on this board is?

Not to advice or to be helpful, that is for sure!

Leviathan, I can understand your frustration. I gather from your OP that you have been asked to supply proof of something, and have sent in copies certified by the bank which have not been accepted?

Unfortunately the information required does sometimes have to be in a specific format - often copies cannot be accepted. From the decision makers point of view, they pay out thousands of pounds in benefit per day and have to be accountable for mistakes - at the end of the day they have to be able to justify the decisions made at audit. Whatever they have asked for from you is no more or less than they would ask of anyone else.

All I can say is just grit your teeth and provide what has been asked for. It might be a royal pain in the !!! to do so, but any money you might receive is your entitlement and it will be no skin off their nose if you tell them to shove it.
