I'm using the dongle with a T-Mobile sim.
You can set up a new connection using the New Connection Wizard, you don't need any software. If the dongle creates its own connection for O2 you'll need to delete it otherwise it won't work.
How do you delete the O2 settings? It's easy to delete any new settings but it doesn't let you delete the O2 settings.0 -
As the OP of this deal, I would like to appologise to you all for all the agro you seem to be having getting the £10's refunded. I personally have not had mine either so am going to have to chase it. It was still a good deal without the discount, nevertheless I am sorry you are having this hassle.0

I can't find 'Show All Connections' only 'Show Available Networks'
Are you using O2 Connection Manager version 3.3.RI(25) ?
I'm not using any software. I set up the connection using the New Connection Wizard. If you're not using an O2 sim you may as well uninstall the software.
When you click on the Start button there should be a Connect To option. That will show you your connections and an option to Show All Connections. If it's not there go to the Control Panel and click on Network Connections. The View Belongs To Everyone0 -

Thanks I understand it now. Just got to work out the New Connection settings now.0 -
I got the full £13.73 refunded to my card today. Because it was a debit card it was a dispute, not a chargeback.
I'll have to keep an eye on my Littlewoodsdirect account...The View Belongs To Everyone0
