Even businesses are exempt from distance selling regs if they auction their goods.

Paypal aren't traders- the seller is the trader.
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
Turkish; I still have not seen anyone else produce anything more constructive as proof, just a lot of snipes and "no no no's", unless you count that link as the best you can offer me, I am more inclined to believe Cyril is more correct on the matter, as at least he has produced something more constructive regarding proof.
I could be misinformed, but I am not sure your Swapitshop is anywhere near the kind of evidence I am looking for on the matter.
I'm sure you can offer me something other than a pointless "blah" on this subject, as I personally don't know who is right or wrong on this issue, unfortunately, as has been said before, all else is just mere words.
(Is it not still the government Mp's who claim they were all "acting within the rules"???)
The reason they all lack supporting documentation in their posts telling me i am wrong is because, they don’t have any, could that be because i am right maybe?
They just hate the fact i have come onto this board and dare disagree with them.
I was happy to just post my advice, complete with supporting text and links right along side their opinions on these boards and just let the readers decide who's advice to follow but every time i do the same old suspects jump on me labelling me an idiot, telling people to ignore me and that i am giving dangerously misleading advice, it is for that reason alone i have decided to highlight just who has a lack of actual knowledge in this way, as i have said, i can only take being labelled a fool by those with less knowledge than myself for so long.0 -

i hate it when people make "clever" comments when they are wrong, i just can't help feel embarrassed for them.
Paypal are traders, they trade in the provision of online payment processing.
Any company that operates for commercial purposes is a trader of one description or another, which is why the ministry of justice word the document that way?
i suppose your other half hasn't covered that bit yet?0 -

I dont know whether your partner studies law or not, and frankly it is not relevant to the evidence I see before me on this thread, if he does, then you should at least know a little more about where to find such proof and at the very least post these guidelines that contradict with Cyril.
So far, only Cyril seems to have done this, you STILL have not, so who am I more likely to accept knows what they are talking about? Someone who claims, or someone who proves?:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

This is fair enough, your fiance MIGHT well be on a law course, and you may well have read these bits more attentively, but you are still offering me nothing constructive other than mere words, I am not having a dig at you here, as I am inclined to believe what is posted as PROOF, not mere words that a poster CLAIMS to be true.
