Mrs Dawn what a cute thing for your DS to say and how sweet that he wants to help more! Nice when your family realises how much you do in the house!

I've tidied the LR a bit and moved an armchair to make more space. Have also mended the curtain pole as it feel down when I opened the curtain this morning. Need to do more tidying and get dressed as Mr T is coming and so is my support worker. I'm excited about my first ever online shop being delivered. It feels great to do shopping without the trauma of going to the shop!

Sexy that sounds like one eventful evening!!!! :rotfl: I'm glad you weren't caught up in it tho. *phew*

ETA : good for you Rose I'm really glad you did the online shop. You can concentrate on going to places you enjoy now, rather than slogging round the supermarket :j

ETA x2 : has anyone else seen the advert for the new film Drag Me To Hell on yahoo homepage, with the image of the girl been dragged down through the screen?????? I've just complained about it. I think it's appalling. my children use yahoo!!!!!! ggggggrrrrrrrr

Just ventured outside to peg out another load of washing. It is so hot out there. Part of me thinks it would be nice to sit and mark out there, but i don't think i'd do that much and i would probably burn.

    Total today then:
    • 3 washloads on line, plus one from yesterday
    • car seat cleaned and nearly dry
    • emptied bathroom bin
    • window cleaners have been and i have paid them
    • I've eaten far too much junk
    • brought back in ours and next doors green bins
    • Checked online banking and mortgage
    • updated financial spreadsheet
    • i have marked 3 books. - oops. No what i need to do next then.

I wonder why the more i have to do the more i CBA. I think i must work like nicki - better under lots of pressure.

Back to the marking - i hate doing the report stickers we have to do, but that's what i need to do. They will be checked on Monday. I've stuck a film on the digi box in the hopes it will spur me on. I'll try to do about 45mins to an hour and then eat my lunch.

all beds stripped line sagging under 3 loads and a fourth in now. I am off out tonight! round a friends for a takeaway (she can't get a sitter) there will be four of us at least; DS is staying at GF's cos it's her birthday and DD will go to my mums:D:D:D:D:D

ooh I have had a reply - I wrote about my bark chipping containing melamine (all natural forest bark:rolleyes:) and have £5 gift vouchers plus a voucher for £2 off miracle gro! Result!)

off to make my beds now.

    Afternoon all

I've dried one load of washing and put it away already and I've got the throw from the settee on the line, nearly dry.

I did all the bedrooms together earlier in the week so today before DH went to work I got him to pull the settee right out for me (it's very heavy). Living room got a good polishing and vacuuming. I can push the settee back but not pull it out for some reason. Anyway, thoroughly cleaned now. So I think that can be my Friday star please Soappie :) I did do the living room earlier in the week but I knew I needed to get under that settee!

Dinner is cooking and I'm going to try catching up now.

DS clearly has his helpful head on. I have not yet vacuumed the stairs. He has walked up them, and down them, in trainers and dropped dried up mud everywhere, thus ensuring that the stairs, and bedrooms (for he wandered into mine...and that's where I realised what he had done) are vacuumed in short order!

My house rule is that shoes come off by the back door where I keep a shoe rack. He was in a hurry so CBA. Ah well gone now...shall not see him unitl tomorrow:D:cool:

Comes in and looks around....Hmm where are all the flyladies? Hello flyladies, where are you? Come back and keep me company!

Anyway, my support worker has gone. Very helpful visit we have worked out a plan of action so I feel a lot calmer. She is a very supportive support worker!

I have a nice tidy LR now, which is v nice, and I've decluttered lunch (leftover dinner from last night) which was yum.

:T:T:T:T:TYAY that means that I have got a star everyday on the right day.:T:T:T:T:T Well done to the little flyers this week too. DD1 has been busy at sports camp this week so we might do the little ones list next week. I think some schools may be back in but we've got another week off.

Thanks for all your positive vibes for my friend...turns out she's got a large polyp which will need removing under general anesthetic. So it should all be ok but we'll know more when she's had the surgery.

DD2 is now having a sleep and I might just join her. All this flying has worn me out!:rotfl: See you later. x
