    Hello we're home!!!

    LL (((hugs)))
Quillion a bleated happy anniversary x
Sarah S hope it goes ok for your friend
toots hope you are feeling better soon
DK_oh_dear!_I_have_done_that_before_with_drinkies - oh how slow, yes hairdryer, rescued a nintendo DS which went in the sink on holiday with that this week

As I am sure embb mentioned we had a lovely morning at the seaside park, no doubt she's mentioned she met little Matthew who was trying desperately to get in the lake!!! Likes water!!! Weekend was mainly sunshine and Sunday was a scorcher unfortunately suncreamed the children (as I had several others as usual lol) then forgot me.....so I got sizzled! I am now peeling and in no more pain with it but a painful lesson learned. Forecast is ok for the weekend, clouding over a little now but 3 of the washer loads on the line already and MANY more to go.

DS2s cub camp went well, he stank when we picked him up but he's had fun. In fact EVERYTHING stinks inc his ready bed, luckily we had spare sleeping bag in caravan. He's got sunburn, they had been plastering him with factor 50 but he burns first sunshine outing badly then tans. His eczema is worse around his mouth as noone there to stop him licking it. Regardless he seems to have enjoyed it and was absolutely exhausted.

Kielder was nice but unsure if we'd go back, midgies try to eat you alive. Even with repellant DS2 was bitten to bits when we collected him. Kielder castle was nice for a short walk round, DS1 loved the salmon hatchery but not much else to do and no paddling allowed = cross kids....oh apart from a stream they found and were straight in! Pool £8 for family and was tiny so didn't bother, everything rather expensive really.

I did much better with meal planning, we brought much less on and only needed to top up with bread/milk. We did eat out once which is why we brought a little home. Cleaned out the caravan aswell as emptying it .....can I have every days star lol.... bathroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, kids room and bedroom all done in 23ft of cleaning :rotfl: or a bonus star for having to physically empty the toilet :p Brought back the awning to dry out/remove midgies from too. Ok I do have unpacking/washing left but my home for the last week is clean :D and tidy :D

I best go make the boys the dessert I promised, ((hugs)) to all who need/want one as I haven't been able to catch up on the full week x x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

    Dinner cooked and eaten.

Why is it that OH has had all day, but has to wait till 6.45pm tonight to decide that he is going to power wash the patio!!!! which is where he now is, I keep looking out on him and he seems quite happy, he has all day tomorrow to do it, but no it has to be now!

Still I'll have all weekend in the sun to sit on it! only once of course I have done all my flying!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
I'm a very happy bunny. Realised that the BT phone bill was due yesterday so I logged in ... and they're dropping my monthly payments, wait for it ...from £43.50 to £19 :D:j:j

So taking into account my new ISP and mobile accounts, I've saved a total of £25.04 a month by switching to 02 from Orange (ISP) and Virgin (Mobile) as I now get 600 inclusive minutes on my mobile contract (along with all the other nice things :D) which means I don't use the home phone unless I'm answering it or phoning a freephone number ;):D I'm hoping the BT one will go down again in August ;)

That on top of the fact my Tax credit have gone up £8.40 a month I've actually had some good news when it comes to money for a change :D Now just a couple of weeks and I'll be able to sort out the Housing benefit ;)

Right, DD filed into bed, she's done some maths (working out the difference between the old direct debit and the new one) and now its time to study...

ooo this evening sun has got to me I have just donw the kitchen but if I am honest it's a bit dot to dotty - most lists have been half to threequarters done lol so I will wait to claim stars...I prefer to clean to suit my layout IYSWIM although I do usually do bathroom and kitchen together as I mop those floors. They HAVE both been done today but in honour of half term it's been dependant on who's been around and they have been done separately. I shall use the bucket to swill out the black bin.
I MUST bag up my shredding tonight to go in the blue box tomorrow...

I meant to say hope Pigpen's improving too.
    And Valliland vibes for Toots

DD decluttered to Argos (they don't close until 6:30 so I can park for free) (I really hate shopping there but sometimes needs must) she had spotted a docking station for her i pod she liked at almost £40 in the catalogue; I was browsing for one online for her and the one at play had bad reviews then I found that Argos one and it was half price so reserved it and voila!
    A pocket money purchase...

oo meant say nice to have you back Lil_me - and how well I remember the stench of camped boy! DS once had to unpack outside - there was no way that lot was coming in until it had been 'vetted' for muck LOL - in fact we were talking about that just the other day! My washer is very conveniently within arms reach of the back door.

Toots is in good hands. She's not supposed to use the mobile when she's there which is why she's probably not answering
