I have been really tired today, so apart from some washing & ironing have just been resting.

All my bloods are done now, just waiting for results then have to see all the oncology team Monday afternoon....so can't do or plan much before then.

Fantastic Friday - childrens/spare rooms (this can be a second reception room or another room but do try to complete something!)

Strip and remake beds
Declutter floor!
Level Two
Fill a box with junk from the floor and sort it to its rightful place!
Collect all the laundry from upstairs
Wash any curtains/cushions/duvet covers etc that are needy
Level Three
Sort through a cupboard of clothing
Wash the windows
Deweb and dust and wipe any grotty bits!

2. Polish ALL the mirrors in the house!!

DS2 and I managed to womble (with permission!) four pallets from our local friendly garden centre, and had to make two journeys to get them to the allotment. Problem with having a Micra! He's going to help build the new compost bin tomorrow.

I've sorted out my jasmine in the garden, and tied it up to the new trellis - it looks a little bit manhandled at the moment, but will soon sort itself out. I really need some more plants for the new bit of border! Southfacing, in full view from the house, clay soil - any suggestions, hex and dusty??:D Room for one shrub (I'm currently toying with Viburnum bodnantense...), one climber (maybe two)on the fence and some herbaceous. Any remaining little bit of space will be crammed with as many bulbs as I can afford...

sarah, I've had your friend in my mind all day.

pigpen - he took DS2's DLA ???:eek: May I gently suggest that you open a new account in your name and have any such payments paid into that?

Serena tough choice - I love paeonia - mine grow fine on clay; bronze fennel adds texture and height; geranium flourescent is nice and bright but doesn't always give a second flush. How big is the border? I spent an hour tidying the long border at the front this afternoon, it's looking better but not finished yet but it is lovely this time of year

DH went to the pub with his friends (mine came round for tea and lemmon drizzle in the garden this afternoon ) so DS, DD and I watched Mamma Mia (again ). For some reason they banned me from the singalong version No matter, I know all the words without subtitles :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I can't.. that will breach the arrangement that I made with the bank to pay off the overdraft.. the DLA and carers allowance (£440 in total) is paid in each month to cover the overdraft repayment (£167) and the broadband (£16.42) (I can move that) if these stop being paid in then they will want repayment in full of the outstanding overdraft amount.. as it is.. it is paid off in February.

I will phone and speak to them about this when I am up to a battle
