Oooh I think I know those sweets. They would occasionally be brought out at the office I was working at recently. All those hardened, uniform wearing men, trying to prove how tough they were.... I saw several with tears in their eyes. But they would not spit it out - particularly when they heard someone of a higher rank had managed it... Five minutes of comedy.:D

I have done the washing up!

Those three words alone make me shiver inside. You're one brave lady!

Staines .... ~ugh~ I have done that place (and the surrounds) for a while and would rather chew my own foot off than do it again

OH leaves for France on Sat to stay with his parents.

Before he goes I've asked him to use the electricity meter Greenbee kindly loaned to us and phone the tax debt advice line about his intended bankruptcy.

He's cooked and frozen loads of meals so I don't have to cook - 14 hour days and meals from scratch don't mix.

I've roped my parents in to coming up on Sun so Darling Daddy can do wonderful things in the garden and yard - he's a gardener - and Mammy can help me clean round the house.

And I've got lots of stuff planned with me pals for while he's away - nights out, meals, cinema etc.

    Will still pine tho...

    Thanks for the welcome homes

Valli, I considered putting the stuff in the site washer but knowing it will probably need 2 washes or more I sorted it in the awning straight into a suitcase which stayed outside. I could not have had any of it inside, I would have been sick.
greenbee I am exhausted just reading your list
pigpen he's extracting the wee wee, not that you need me to tell you that. Grrrr what a plonker! I agree with serena, we don't have a joint account thankfully. Maybe change arrangements when you feel up to it? Maybe one which is a deposit only until it's paid off with a contribution from both? So you know it's being paid with noone dipping in it.
mumofjusttwo sorry belated Happy Birthday, what a lovely DS you have, do hope you have a lovely day..
mummyyof5 sorry to hear you and LO have been poorly, hope you all feel better soon
Hex and Penny, naughty but so true!
soappie, well done. Your DiL doesn't realise how lucky she is having such a wonderful supportive MiL!
Dusty thanks, not too bad, DS2s the worst off when he was with camp. He obviously put no repellant neck up! The rest of us only have 1 or 2 decent size ones, ones in my hair which is annoying.
Michelle, that little girl in 2 Grand is fab, I don't usually watch it but was flicking through as they were telling their story. I actually got tearful when they sang, wonderful!

Hahaha speaking of WiL, she text several times and phoned several times this morning expecting DP to pick her up from the airport today. She had not told him when she was returning and we got no phone signal where we stayed - so was a bit of tough **** :D Can you tell I was so upset she had to get someone else to collect her. No worries she's back abroad for work soon, peace!

Couple of bits of 'knowledge' I need to seek

First - DS2 has blisters and bug bites - treat or leave? What would you do? Not asking for medical advice just experience ;)
Second - I managed in my kitchen blitz to stain my top, steriliser fluid so similar to bleach and it's removed the colour :( I love that top, that part is black, anyone know if there is something I can colour it with? It's about the size of a 1p piece.
    Thanks you :D

Been invited to a sports thing for the boys tomorrow, they aren't really sporty children but we'll give it a whirl. That is 1-2.30pm. I need a shower before that, got another 2 loads nearly ready to hang out tomorrow, think I will do one more tonight as forecast tomorrow is great. That's twice in a row I've had good weather after a holiday! Being spoilt.
One day I might be more organised...........
