Penny...forgot to say I made museli flapjacks with DD2 yesterday and they have come out really well. Its a luxury fruit and nut museli from M&S (bought for 1/4 price in the staff shop:money:) and I added some cornflakes for a bit of a crunch too. DD1 has been packed off to sports camp today with some in her lunch box and we took a few pieces over to the IL's yesterday too. Just half a pack of muesli left to go! Thanks for the link to the recipes.

Just done a few bits so will update list then pop to the shops.

    Scrub the bath
    Scrub down the tiles
    Extras

    Morning all

One load of washing out on the line, it's nearly dry so I'll get it in soon.

Today's list is done, Soappie :)

I've been over to the shops and paid the paper bill and collected the dog's medicine (£141.26:eek:) and taught an old lady how to use the cash machine. Good job I'm not a mugger.

Haven't read everything yet but I hope Toots is on the mend and I'll be thinking about Sarah's friend today. All the best to Lady L too.

Morning everyone. I have been busy this morning taking up 4 pairs of jeans using my overlocker and sewing machine. The overlocker certainly makes it easier. Wish I'd bought one earlier now.
Now its time to do a few tasks eg the washing and drying up before we have no more mugs left to drink coffee from!!

Hope everyone has a great day
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

In my HHC I washed up, cleaned the worktops and small appliances. Then decided to hoover, started and realised I needed to empty the hoover, took the drum thing out and proceeded to spill most of it all over the kitchen floor! As I’d already spilt peas all over the floor, it was disgusting! Anyway, the kitchen floor is nice and clean now!

I’m in a quandary now, as I really want to watch ER on the laptop, but I think DH is going to come home in the next hour with shopping he’s got at the market, and he’s bound to knock the lappy and the connection will go (it’s being very annoying and goes at the slightest movement, just opening the front door will probably move the air and it will go!) so will that mean I have to start the programme again? I have no idea when he’s coming back I might just have to risk it

Well, meetings been done. It was interesting. Met up with another MSE lady (not a flylady). I helped been helping her out with a planning application that's been running on for the last couple of years. We actually got to meet up for the first time today - we went to the Town Hall to speak to the planning officer about what's going to happen at the appeal hearing in a couple of weeks. It was nice to finally be able to put a face to a name!

But now, I have just about an hour before I have to take DS out to view a property so I shall do some flying in that.

Done an online shop instead, first time I've ever done one.

    Going for a nap now
