Hi everyone,
Sorry to hear Toots is back in hospital...I thought the fridge moving thing was a bit too much too. Sending get better soon vibes.
Thanks Soappie for updating the starts this week.
LL....thinking of you and sending positive vibes as well. x
SS...stories like that just make my blood boil! Can't understand how someone who is supposed to love their children can make them suffer so much. He obviously doesn't have enough brain cells to figure out that by hurting her, he's hurting the children too. This particularly infuriates me at the moment as DH's sister is going through similar. Her DH left on Xmas eve after tea having had an affair and pretty much leading a double life for the past 5 years at least. Believe me, that's not even the half of it either. He's been awful to her since the split then all of a sudden when he finds out she's going on a few dates the week before last he's telling how gorgeous she looks and suggesting that he might come back. I'm just praying that she's strong enough to tell him where to go but I know how vunerable she is at the moment so I'm not sure if she will. He's another one who'll BS his way out of anything and'll probably use the kids to try to convince her. He's doing all this and is still with the other woman too!
Anyway....deep breaths...calming down time now.
So the plan for the day is:
pop to the shops and buy pasta
have lunch, put DD2 in bed
finish today's list
cook tea in advance
Friend will drop her 2 kiddiewinks off for the afternoon
Go and pick up DD1 from sports camp (offered to pick her up at lunchtime so she could see her friend earlier but she wants to stay for the full day)
Tea
Friends 2 kids picked up
Work for 4 hours
Collapse into bed!
Some postive vibes required for my friend please flyladies...I'm having her 2 children this afternoon so she can have some abdominal pain checked out. She's had PCOS before but that doesn't seem to be the problem this time so they're having a look round with a camera.
Done bits from the list already so here's what's left:
Twinkly Tuesday - Bathroom and study!!

Scrub down the tiles
Wash any bath mats, shower curtains etc that are in need
Extras

- delete 50 unwanted emails!

Morning all! I'm really annoyed with myself cos I didn't get up til 10am. I woke up at 8, but DH was sleeping so peacefully I didn't have the heart to get up (which would have woken him up as we live in a small place), so I went back to sleep. I really want to do some flying, so am hoping DH is going to go out to work soon. He said last night that he was going to stay home to watch last night's football, I've suggested he goes to work first, and watches footie this afternoon.
Soappie Hope the ceasefire holds! Perhaps you should add peacemaker and negotiator to Plan B. I'm glad to hear that your son and dil are going to move out!
Holly, hope you get the ebay dispute resolved. Sounds really stupid of her to bid and not check the size! Me thinks she is telling porkies especially as she bid on another item in the same size!
Grateful, glad you’ve got good news on your mole. Is it a garden mole or skin mole?
Lady Liberty, hugs for you. Really hoping your surgery will be as non-invasive as possible

Still got over 900 emails but they need a real sort thru before I delete themA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
DH has just gone out! Now I can do my cleaning!
The internet connection is being awful, so I may not get back on here! I will keep persevering! I’m going to type all my posts out in Word and then cut and paste them into a post so I don’t lose anything – I hate it when you press submit reply and then the internet goes at the crucial moment!
HHC anyone at 11:20?"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
