    Stars updated to this point. We have sunshine suddenly so all the bathroom stuff (towels, mats, shower curtain etc) is in the washing machine.

    Have spent ages on the phone this morning trying to arrange viewings of property for DS and DiL (buying a property was what WW3 was about last night - DiL had decided they should by a flat which we saw yesterday afternoon. It's way too small for two people). We have persuaded her that it's not right so we're now looking for others. Interestingly, one estate agent I spoke to this morning reckons there will be another wave of repossessions July/August time and that prices still have a way to fall....

    But that's off topic. Bacon is cooking for a bacon butty for breakfast then I'm off out for a couple of hours

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I know I've been a huge beneficiary of Flylady vibes before, and I really need your help again guys..... :(:(
    My gorgeous friend (she's a flylady, but lapsed when her husband left her ) is going through the most acrimonious divorce you can imagine. Her husband... one of the most arrogant men I have ever met, is putting her through the wringer. She has only ever asked for him to be fair, and to be courteous for the sake of the children. But no. He has left her and children with sweet FA, (literally) while he swans around partying, sleeping around, buying a new stuff including a flash car, and generally having a damned good time. :mad::mad::mad::mad: Really rubbing her nose in it. I don't want to give too many details obviously, just in case something's recognised. Suffice it to say, you'd cry with rage for her, and want to do damage to him. :mad:
    She's frightened that the judge at their hearing tomorrow will be taken in by his BS. He certainly is a smooth talker, and can seem so credible. :mad:
    Please, please can she have your best Flylady vibes for an understanding compassionate judge who see him for the !!!!!! he is.
    I said I'd ask you all, and that if she suddenly felt herself surrounded in a blanket of support she'd know it was us! She can't have any friends in with her, just her solicitor. He's going with his barrister. :rolleyes: So I said we'd all be in court with her, behind her, shaking fists and raring to get him. :D
    I wish I could do more, but flylady vibes for her would be fantastic.
    Thanks guys.
    SS
    xx
    Praying today for a sensible judge, preferably a WOMAN!
    ETA have asked DH and he says having a barrister in this situation may well be a simple matter of the law firm's economics and no real advantage of any kind, so chin up!
    My HHC was pretty productive,
    Did the dishes
    Cleared and wiped the work surfaces in the kitchen
    Moved, cleaned and replaced all small appliances
    Cleaned kitchen table
    Put WM on
    Returned some general gibble to its rightful home
    Took dinner out the freezer
    Just going to empty the DW in a mo and do a bit more tidying - place looks pretty crappy right now:o
