  • applied for an Empire catalogue online and was told online "we cant send you a book" and there was a 0844 number to call

rang the number and they said failed scoring...not on voters roll?

I have recently checked my equifax and i am listed...she said on the phone that I could be excluded from the edited register or something

anyway she said for me to send a utility bill and id to underwriting dept and they will re-assess

anyone had any joy on appeal? I have no adverse, no history and are on the voters roll

  • I just got accepted for an Empire account, £750 limit :) So happy, this is sure to help me build my rating again and I will definitely use Empire as I think their clothes are my kind of style.

Also like the look of "Very" but in the past I have not been keen on littlewoods as they seemed 'very' expensive (!) and I think they charge for postage??

Very charges for postage, £3.95 I think. Littlewoods doesn't, though. I'm sure you'd be able to find voucher codes on the internet to get free delivery with Very.

Littlewoods is very expensive. The majority of their products are over-priced. They advertise 0% interest but they make their money from the over-priced products.
