    Hi i applied for a empire catalogue and was refused. I've just called them and they said it was because i'm not on the electrol register. I can send them proof that i live there and they will hopefully open an account for me. Do i have to send proof by post or can i fax them my id?

    I've just called them back and they said i have to send original proof of id including a covering letter. What do you think i should say on the covering letter?
