all DIRECT, LITTLE/ADDIT etc are the lowest limits of all of ours.even though they are the oldest, had the biggest payments and most purchases, large ones aswell.

Thanks Brian! :D I so didn't think I was going to get one after being declined for Littlewoods and Empire (although I didn't request a catalogue first which may have affected things?)

They are soft searches (on your file but don't count towards credit scoring) and is in the agreement

LOL The only part I'm addicted to is applying. I rarely use my cards but my main goal is to get a good enough credit score for getting a mortgage in the future.

As long as your happy with your situation and can meet all of the repayments, theres nothing wrong with it.

When it comes to debt, I have 2 rules. Never have a balance above £400 on any card and never have more than 1 catalogue account. Seems to work for me :j

    Good rule!

Im still worried as to whether Debenhams will see me as a high risk after my spend yesterday but its still getting cleared on payday so hopefully they will see i like spending but im capable of handling my spending patterns!

I have one catalogue account but i would appreciate one more for variety. I dont use catalogue accounts that much and I dont think I really will, I like to see my things before I buy, not go through all the hassle of purchasing and returning etc etc

Yep, I just want to take the 1's off my CRA files and get my searches down to virtually nothing with good limits on my cards and ill be happy, lol :D

    Morning Rose
To be honest I don't think Debenhams (GE Money) will be too worried regarding your spending yesterday.
Whether you pay in full or even a large part of it off they will be only too happy that you are using the credit extended to you. :j
