I've got loads of apple crumble in my freezer......just keep forgetting it is in there, so never get round to cooking it/making custard :o

I'm quite happy to have crumble as a main meal - then I don't feel guilty as I am probably only having about as much "badness" as I do in a normal main course!

And of course, the fruit is good for you.....the crumble provides the carbs.....and the custard provides your dairy intake - a perfect balanced meal :D If you want, add some chopped nuts for a bit of protein, and no one can tell you that it is not a healthy meal!

    Sorry DT :o:o:o:o:o
I didn't make it in the end - so think thin :D

Shaun I know it is pretty bad there too. My relatives live just south of Dub and one had to sleep at work the other night, as he couldn't get home!

Swop the custard for ice cream and I will join you much prefer a sweet to a main course any day (school custard put me off custard for life - lime green in colour, mint in flavour and made with water:eek:)

Foster child only went into school on Monday then off all week. Mine sent home early Tuesday, off Wednesday but back to school last 2 days. Depends whether we get the snow on Sunday what happens here next week. Keep warm little sheeplings.

Glad you got the foster child ok.
Ready to start with you now as I weighed myself tonight and was pleased that I'm 2lbs lighter than last week..I've decided to use a smaller plate and to try and eat 3 meals a day and see how that goes for now before rejoining SW.
