    Hi,

I am just after a bit of advice really. I collect clubcard points at the moment, but only on a regular shop, I do not go out of my way to get them. If I focus and take up good offers etc, what is a reasonable amount to expect? I am getting married next summer and would like to build up my points to cover a good amount of the honeymoon. Virgin are a bit more expensive but have nice holidays so I would need a good amount to make it worth while. Without being silly and buying things I don't need, what would be a realistic target to collect using codes etc over about a 15 month period?

You should be able to collect about 20,000 points a year no problem

  • You can earn 3000 points a year by recycling ink cartridges. They have to be a particular type though. Details can be found under the Green Tesco Points section on the Tesco website.

hi, just a quick question, i redeemed my clubcard vouchers for park resorts holiday vouchers, i've now booked my holiday but i've still got £50 worth to use, i was just wondering if anyone knew if i can use them for other deals of if tesco would be able to refund me to the value of clubcard vouchers
    thanks
Hiya with the holiday vouchers you received there should be a letter saying that if you don't want to use them for that deal that you can use them for any other deals that are not "buy in full". I over ordered butlins vouchers and says i can use them for other deals. You can always ring clubcard freephone number to confirm though. Details on tesco clubcard deals website.

Well one easy way is to have separate accounts for you and your partner. Then you get 2 x the 3000 point limit on ink cartridges for starters. Best to use separate address.

Also - tesco credit card worth considering - 1 point for every £5 spent I think.

@ only 100 points a time thats 30 cartridges.. thats alot of ink.. and as they only take specific ones i imagine they are not the cheap ones so is it really cost effective?

It is if you use the cartridges anyway or have friends and family who have no use for their empty cartridges......
