  • I ordered from them and they sent me paperwork for someone else completely. I contacted them and gradually, after several communications by phone and email, my relevant invoice and cashback vouchers were sent to me, firstly the invoice and later the cashback vouchers after more communcations!
    They also did not send me the free in-car charger and the phone turned out to be faulty and had to be replaced (very efficiently) by Orange. Orange are not flawless because I have now three times set up direct diebits (third time lucky) and had to cancel World thingy twice since it appeared on my second invoice. To be fair, they did credit my account for that and also for the £2.55 payment for non DD payments which was itemised on the invoice even though the DD is now finally set up and running.
  • Following my earlier posts, I must say, however, that Orange have been very good.
