You wouldn't have thought they could do it but One Stop Phone Shop have just improved upon their recent 12 months free line rental offers!
Their 12 months FREE line rental offers on Orange OVP Vodafone Anytime 100 have now been extended to OVP Vodafone Anytime 200, thus doubling the free minutes available on a free contract:
(click on the mobile phone model for more details, via a NON-affiliate link)
Sony Ericsson K500i
Orange OVP Vodafone Anytime 200
12 months FREE line rental
Year 1 cost FREE (or £18 with itemised billing)
Siemens CX65
Orange OVP Vodafone Anytime 200
12 months FREE line rental
Year 1 cost FREE (or £18 with itemised billing)
Also, their 9 months free line rental offers on OVP Vodafone Anytime 200 have now been extended to 11 months.
(click on the mobile phone model for more details, via a NON-affiliate link)
Nokia 6600
Orange OVP Vodafone Anytime 200
11 months FREE line rental
Year 1 cost of £30 (or £48 with itemised billing)
SPV C500
Orange OVP Vodafone Anytime 200
11 months FREE line rental
Year 1 cost of £30 (or £48 with itemised billing)
WEALTH WARNING: It is important to understand that you will be signing a contract with the Orange network agreeing to pay the normal line rental (£30 per month) for a minimum of 12 months. The stated discounts mentioned above are only obtainable via a number of cashback claims, where the RETAILER agrees to rebate you using the sales commission that they have been paid by the network. i.e. if the retailer goes bust before paying your full cashback, you may not see your full rebate. However, you will still have to maintain the agreed monthly payments to the network as agreed and you will have no comeback on the network. That said, One Stop Phone Shop have been around for years so they are likely to be safer than most cashback contract retailers on the web.
Please Note: Anyone signing up to an OVP Vodafone tariff via One Stop Phone Shop will be liable to a £1.50 per month itemised billing charge (unlike proper Orange tariffs, which have free itemised billing). However, I have heard from various sources that this is an optional service and you can request to have itemised billing removed from your account. You will still receive a monthly bill, but it will not itemise all your calls.
Footnote: For anyone who doesn't yet know, OVP stands for [O]range [V]alue [P]romise and basically means that it is Orange's version of another network's tariff. Nowadays, I think they might refer to these copy tariffs as EQ or [EQ]uivalent.
Don't forget...if you want to purchase one of these deals via a cashback site, may I suggest that you use one of MARTIN's affiliate links as the income from this will help to support this site.
Merry Christmas!

WARNING ABOUT ONE STOP PHONE SHOP
I have been a customer of the one stop for going on 3 years now, they are not a bucnch of cowboys but I did get caught out the last time i got a mobile PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
IN SHORT 3 PONTS TO REMEMBER:
THEY WILL OFFER FREE INSURANCE (for 3 Months) DO NOT TAKE IT
THEY WILL (OR JUST BILL YOU) SOME OTHER CRAP ABOUT PHONE TECHINICAL SERVICE (FREE for 3 Months) DO NO ACCEPT IT
There are VERY STRICT HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH TO CLAIM BACK YOU CASH, ie you have to hold on to some slips of paper for up to a year and post them within a 45 day window or else you dont get your cash back.
For anyone that could be bothered reading why :
The last Orange phone I got from them, they took my bank details (which they need to pass on to Orange) and name and address and passed it on to other companines who then set up direct debits on my account to take out 5 quid and 6.99 a quater. My bank charges for setting up direct debits (£7) and I was not informed that these mandiates would be setup until after it had been done. ( A week after I got my phone)
OneStopwankshop told me that I had asked for the free insurance which I had agreed to free for 3 months then you simply cancel within the 3 months and you will not be charged. But to cancel you had to write to the company they would not do it over the phone - not that anyone answered the phone anyhow. They also signed me up for some other service at 5quid a quater which I had never heard off, and could not get the direct debits stopped and they kept debiting my account - even my bank couldnt get the direct debits stopped. OneStop was not intrested they claimed to have recored the call and they reviewed the call and were unable to comment or release the recoreding. Basically after they sell you the phone they dont want to know! And force a load of extra you really dont want and pass your bank details on to 3rd party compaines without your consent.
They also charge a restocking fee if you return the phone - something Orange does not allow
You have been warned always read the small print.0 -
you will have to send in a copy of your invoice at month 4, 9 and 12 to claim cashback
plus there are more freebies compared to voda100 tarriffProblem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problemsWell at least i learn something on the way

just checked OSPS and the free k500i with free line rental for 12 months is on orange YourPlan 120+120. is that right? does it includes free text?0

I ordered a K500i on the original deal. I phoned Orange to "activate" the phone and while I was on I asked them to cancel the itemised billing and to cancel the Orange World subscription, which is free for the first month but is charged for after thatThis space has been intentionally left blank0

They are a bunch of cowboys!!
Order a phone from them at your peril!!!
Ordered one phone - some how they connected it to my husband's account as an additional handset - no cash back can be claimed as account not in name that is shown on cashback form - no they cannnot update their system - have to send back phone at own expense (£7)
Ok - everyone deserves a chance...
Order another from scratch - want it sent to Work address - was sent to home address!! Had to drive 20 miles to collect it! Never mind - just glad to get it...
Then it materialises that they have sent the wrong phone 0 different number and different IMEI number than they have referenced with Orange.
Called customer services - they can do nothing until Monday - no managers, too much work, not enough staff. Don;t care that you are unhappy someone will contact you on Monday - we are too busy selling more phones right now - I am going to end the call now. Click!!
Ahhh -- you have been warned!!Charles J0 -
OSPS also now offer Your Plan 120+120 on these phones, but it is not clear if this is for 12 months or relying on you dropping to YourPlan 30 after 6 months (not sure if the original offer did either as there is little information about how this works on their site). It now transpires, courtesy of Smartass and others, that OSPS cashback is for 12 months and does not rely on dropping to a lower tariff as some other companies do (including Talworldonline).
If you like the offer but not OSPS, I have just purchased a similar offer (OVP Vodafone Anytime 200, but relies on dropping to Your Plan 30 after 6 months) through Talkworldonline.
Anyway, I outline the Talworldonline packages on the following thread (I am a Talkworld affiliate - the link takes you to the referer board which identifies affiliate and non-affiliate route to the phone):

Kind regards
Mr B
PS - Message amended in the light of Smartass's comments - I hope that this is now clearer.0 -
Mr B wrote:I have just purchased a similar offer (OVP Vodafone Anytime 200) through Talkworldonline
(Mr B has an affiliation with Talkworldonline)
The offer is not similar to OSPS.
OSPS is for 12 months free line rental on the anytime 200 tariff (worth a total of £360)
Mr B's offer is for 6 months on anytime 200 and 6 months on anytime 30 (worth £270)
The link in Mr B's post takes you to his Referrer's Board affiliated link to Talkworldonline - where he misleadingly suggests that OSPS make you downgrade the tariff after 6 months - this is not the case.
(I have no connection with either company)0
