my chubby little monster has jumped from the 25th percentile to the 75th percentile in 4 weeks :o he is now 15lb 3oz
    nothing...!

Kai was born on the 91st centile, he is now barely above the 25th....I am not really concerned though as my other boys are tall and skinny too, I used to have a nightmare with trs for them:rolleyes:. Thankfully nearly everywhere has those little elastic bits in them now:D

Mel - I advise putting pram on gumtree, I checked and most SX 3Ds were going for £50-£70 on ebay so I put mine on gumtree at £100 ono and I ended up with £80 cash not what I would have hoped for but much better than ebay esp when you think of the ebay/paypal fees!

Thanks Sami - never thought of that...I did try it in my local shop windows but no takers!!

weezl for the baby bouncers i prefer the older style that holds the babies body rather than a seat they sit in and could topple out.

I agree 100% with this. I have one of the ones that holds the whole baby's body, it comes up to his chest at the front and up to his neck at the back, with a big zip down the back for getting him in and out. Kai has been in it from about 13wks old...he loves it:D My friend was given one of the seat types....her poor baby has toppled over every-time he was put in it even up to about 6mths old. I think it is now gathering dust in a dark cupboard;)

Oh, he liked raw carrot, but not cooked. For years we had to serve him sliced raw carrot with his Sunday lunch.

Aimee will eat any kind of vegetable raw, including sprouts, broccolli and cauliflower... She gets some interesting looks in the supermarket walking round eating a sprout layer by layer... But she won't eat them cooked... Doesn't bother me, as long as she's eating them...

We've just been for a photo shoot with my friend... She offered it as a present for having the baby... Was really worked up this morning though... I was rushing round trying to get the girls and myself ready while hubby had a long leisurely shower and shave... I was still running round in my pants with no make up on 5 mins before we had to go out and the baby was screaming for a feed... And then he got a bag on because I was in a mood... Made it out of the house with clothes on but never managed the make up... Bloody men...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Also - what else do you feed your little ones for lunch? I dont want to make her sick of pasta, sausages, noodles, toast etc

Carla - Imogen is older but I think by about your LO's age we'd graduated to sandwiches, omlettes, scrambled eggs on toast, chilli & rice (her absolute fave, doesn't matter if it's bean chilli or meat chilli as long as DH has made it). Love the quesadilla idea!

    good morning all!

Thanks loads to all who did my little poll and for all the comments, it's been really useful in helping me think my decision through :T:T:T

Does anyone have experience of doing a boots.com order and then getting the points put onto your advantage card? Can you give me an idiot's guide to how to do it? Ta in advance :)

Think it's more likely to be Weezl back in the pg club soon!
On Boots.com you just need to register, provide your advantage card no then log in to do your order. Then you pick up the points by putting your card in a machine up to 6 months (might be 12?) after making the purchase. I know cos I've just done it!

Bought Imogen her first pet today. DH brought a fishtank and pump home from work, so she is now the proud owner of two fish -a white 'goldfish' with an orange head she has named Tiddler and a black fantail with googlie eyes she has named Shark. She spent the best part of 30 mins staring at the tank and calling their names before lunch :rotfl: The only pets she has experience of are dogs (other people's) so she's used to them reacting to their names :rotfl:

She has her first ballet show next week so we've bought her the leotard. So cute! Must take some pics to show you all.

MM - Dylan looks like a proper little boy!
MFD - hope you enjoy your night away.

No sign of new baby arriving any time soon  At least it's cooled down a bit. I'm with Sue, I was close to expiring. I actually enjoyed 5 hours in the car on Thursday evening cos we have air-con:T
