  • Well I am definitely a slummy mummy today...Benjamin and I didn't get up til 12 :o we decided to have another little nap when daddy left at 9am :D

Still not dressed, feeding Benjamin in my 'lounger' ;)

Then I have to go and dye my hair because hubby told me in no uncertain terms that he is not liking the ginger bonce that I am currently sporting :o

Glad it is not just me losing my hair...although I had thought it was my bad attempts at home dying :D

And SIL told DH that she is not having another baby until we can give her our P&T!. Not sure I want to be under pressure not to have another child even though we have decided to stick at two :rotfl:.
I know I'm always asking these questions but what's P&T?
MY BABY IS COMING HOME AT 3PM TODAY !!!!!!!!!!
    :T Great news.

My OH doesn't approve but I tell him to stick it ;) he's convinced Chris will be gay  I was a tomboy when I was little and no-one thought I was gonna be a lesbian!:p
    :rotfl::rotfl:

My OH wants more children now than he did before we had Alice. He was even trying to discuss future children in the week Alice was born. We're planning a larger than average gap before the next one in case I'm ill again.

I was putting Alice for an early nap because we're going to a toddler music/story time thing at the library this afternoon and I'll have to get her up early so I said, "Time for cuddles and nap." She replied, "No, time for cuddles and kisses."

  • Elle - not MSE at all but how about these if they deliver that far...

I hinted and hinted that I wanted one when Benjamin was born but to no avail

On names, my Grandad told me not to tell anyone the name until the baby is born because then people don't say anything as it's too late to argue about it.

weezl/red - I hope it wasn't calpol because we have tried that one and it doesn't work :rotfl: I have had a sleepy baby before by having had a glass of wine and the feeding, but i'm not sure that red bf's anymore??? I like the sound of brandy on the gums MFD :D

My baby is asleep in her cot having a lunchtime nap. It did take 40 minutes of me singing her a lullaby though. decided to sack the housework and have some me time and lunch. the rest will keep till later today. We haven't got this fancy heatwave so we are off for a refreshing walk this afternoon.

there was other stuff I had thought of but baby brain has intervened! oh yes - finally listed the unused birth pool on ebay and had one enquiry about whether I would post. It's very heavy so I think my postage costs put them off! Oh well - i can see my catching the ebay bug if it sells - it's just rather time consuming thats all.

  • MacSmiler - where did she live? We could do a Parent Club relay of the pool down the country...we are all pretty spread out and we could just pass it on ;)

MM - forgot to say YAY for Dylan! I did write on your wall though!

Right, it is 1pm and I still haven't done anything!
