Think I might of been scammed

I sold some vouchers on ebay about £40 worth. Sent them by normal post, really stupid I know but didn't even think of sending recorded. Now the seller has contacted me to say there's only one voucher in the envelope. They say the envelope is/was intact when it arrived. I know I sent the right amount what can I do?
almost exactly the same happened to me, when i read there feedback,( in hide sight i know i should have looked before) they had done the same to quite a few people,0
