I sold some vouchers on ebay about £40 worth. Sent them by normal post, really stupid I know but didn't even think of sending recorded. Now the seller has contacted me to say there's only one voucher in the envelope. They say the envelope is/was intact when it arrived. I know I sent the right amount what can I do?

Even if you sent them recorded or special delivery, there is nothing to stop this sort of allegation.
It's an occupational hazard of selling on eBay unfortunately.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

Good idea, but they are grocery vouchers so have no serial number or anything to track them by.
Someone mentioned I could claim back upto £30 from RM is this right? I only used 1st class and got proof of posting.0 -
