Would this be seen as fair in the eyes of ebay? I've never had anything like this happen before so don't know where I stand. Thx
plus i think if you offer to refund half if they are trying it on it should flush them out ..
or you ask them to send back the item and refund the whole amount

there must be a number on them somewhere, its prob a barcode number.Ask them for that, then at least you can say it matches 1 of the "4" numbers you have logged, and you will cancel the other 3.Just say it as a bluff,he is.TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0

I think you have to refund half too even though you know its not right. Too many people do this nowdays knowing that you dont want a negative feedback. Wish there was an answer to this. Have a lookmat the persons feedback from before and see if they ever had problems in the past.
Grr, another cookie stuffer shoving links into quotes. Can't report this evening, someone do the honours please! My TV is broken!

Why dont you send a recorded empty envelope today to their address and file a claim of non payment and show the recorded confirmation slip as proof. I know it is not right but how can they say that only one voucher got through and envelope is still intact? If someone took them they would take them all not just 3 of them. Play them at their own game0

Thanks but they've already paid for them. Your right about taking all of them, no one would just leave one behind!0 -
how much feedback do they have?
1-10 = prob scamming you
100+ = prob not scamming you.
100% feedback with 100+ = prob not scamming you0 -

Bless - how delightlyfully naive and innocent!!
You do know that feedback can be bought very cheaply, and buyers can only receive 100% positive feedback?
Feedback means nothing - it could be a long con account, it could be a highjacked account, or it could just be someone with twisted priorities like the chap below. Why dont you send a recorded empty envelope today to their address and file a claim of non payment and show the recorded confirmation slip as proof.
