Sunday Solution / Bradbury&Co.

Guys,
If you were contacted by a different Umbrella Company after Sunday Solutions/Bradbury then you are most likely to have all your tax assessments sorted before the due date.
If you are with one of the Umbrella Companies that contacted you 'Out of the Blue' after Sunday/Bradbury, please contact them and ask them to do your 'Tax Assessment'. Don't be surprised if they don't ask you for any details of your 'Partnership Accounts'.
My personal experience is that the company that approached me after Sunday Solutions and Bradbury, have all my partnership details. So they are sorting out my 'Tax Assessment' for the period I was with Sunday/Bradbury.
The only people who need to be chasing Bradbury are the people who decided to leave Sunday/Bradbury to start their own limited company or decided to use some other Umbrella Company which has nothing to do with Bradbury.
I guess all our 'Partnership Account's' have already been prepared on the 6th of November. I think they are sending the accounts in batches to see if we approve them. They are trying to adjust their scam amounts based on the Approval/Rejection.
I hope this helps.
Cheers, MC.
If what MyACCOUNT is saying is true then Sunday Solutions or Bradbury or Reed Morgan or WillowMeade are using data aqcquired and selling on that data to "new" umbrella companies. That is surely a breach of our data rights especially if they are without specific written consent flogging details of our income to other buisinesses. If that is true we should be flooding the Information Commission office with Complaints . Smilies:beer: :j :money:

And you trusted them?
Received my letter from Bradbury yesterday, unfortunately not as helpful as I wanted!
There are quite a few excuses as to why this is all taken so long, blaming everybody but themselves and also the important document, the "Partnership Profits" that we need to file the tax return is still to be sent.
Also, as I understand it only part of our Tax money will be paid at the end of January and the rest in instalments. What help is that, will Bradbury foot the £100 late fee and the interest on the outstanding money from the HMRC!?
Anyway, left disappointed again, hope the interest on the money Bradbury are getting keep them warm this winter. I know it's going to be a cold one in my house.0 -
All,
I would be pleased to hear from anybody who had difficulty with Bradbury and Co (bradburyandco.com).
As I have found myself severely out of pocket in my dealings with this firm.
As a result I have commenced legal action.
I can be contacted on the following email address robman@gosbeck.com
Thanks0 -
I doubt if your tax return will be paid by them even if you dont leave. My tax return for 08/09 has not been paid and I did not leave them ... I only took a career break to look after kids and yet they did not pay0

Pls can anyone help me with the contact details for Bradbury & Co especially people that are in correspondence with them. I left the partnership in October 2008 but need to submit my tax assessment for the period 08/09 which unfortunately was handled by Bradbury but I havent been able to get intouch and reading through the thread I can see why and very upset and distressed at the grief I will soon get from the HRMC.
All I need is for them to send my the partnership details so I can submit my assessment at least for a start because from my record they held back more than £14k to pay the tax man.
Your quick responses is appreciated.
Thanks
If you have not heard from Bradbury yet then send all your data to a new accountant as soon as you possibly can.0 -

As I understand it The boys are going bto pay something to everybody they consider due money possibly by 31 January but no guarantee and then you may get the vrest over 11 months. That's if the plods or the SFO does not get them before that. Clearly they overpaid people and lost people's money somewhere they cannot get it back I thought that the banking act or the money laundering rules could stop thaty sort of unlawful activity?0 -
It's been 2 weeks since the last pointless letter that said the important information "Partnership Profits" will follow sortly.
I'm going to ask my new accountant to submit my Self assessment based on the draft accounts that I approved, at least that way I can speak to HMRC about repaying the money in instalments.
Has anybody heard anything from Bradbury? any emails been answered yet??0 -

I got an email from Bradbury yesterday with the address and UTR number of my partnership and my start and end date.
The start and end date were correct but the address of the Partnership does not exist! I now want to check the UTR number to see if that is correct, does anybody know how to?
Did anyone else receive the email, if so were all the details correct?0
