Thank you for your patience this afternoon. Our upgrade appears to have gone well. As mentioned before the roll out of this upgrade will happen over the next few weeks depending on feedback from the initial test groups. Please bear with us whilst we are rolling out this modification.

We hope that there should be no noticeable issues with this upgrade however if you notice any problems please report them below and we shall be monitoring this thread throughout the afternoon.

Thanks

Upgrade Message

In order to introduce a new feature to the MoneySavingExpert forums, we expect the message boards to be closed between noon and 7pm. We hope the forums will be down for under 7 hours though.

During this time the forums will be closed entirely, however everything on www.moneysavingexpert.com will still function.

We apologise for having to take down the forum however, we hope that the modification we will be rolling out will benefit a large group of our users. When we do resume service the modification will not be available to all users instantly and it will take a period of time to roll out the change across the board.

Thanks for your patience.

    Afternoon everyone!

If we could keep this thread on topic to any issues anyone's spotted that'll help the techie team sort them quicker.

    Thanks!

    Andrea :)

    hi,

when hovering the cursor over some thread titles the preview that pops up flashes very quickly. it only does it on some thread titles though.

just tested again. after clicking on new posts and hovering cursor on thread titles it affects 4 thread titles per page.

This thread came up in my subscriptions but I haven't either posted on it before or added it to my subscribed threads.

Maybe it has been split off from another one. Most mysterious anyway.

(I know it will come up in them from now on, as I am posting on it now!)
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D
