Potentially you could be. Would need a breakdown of your outgoings and likely childcare costs to be able to assess any entitlement.

thanks for your reply, if i was eligble for help with childcare, would it be able to be paid for childcare for 11/12 or do i have to wait for the 12/13 years now (with me finished lectures for the summer)

Long as you are back in the UK before the 1st September you are fine.

Depressed, it'd be in 11-12 that you'd apply for childcare.

You need to declare, but as you're undertaking a PGCE it will not affect entitlement.

The last payslip of the year has the same information as the P60 - can you find those?

You're 35, won't need to prove them as you're already classed as independent!

Complex one. I'd want to have a full read of the updated regulations and guidance documents before answering that.

Will post up in a few days.

    Hi Taiko

sorry to bug you again - I have been on the phone to SF about 6 times over the past week regarding my second year SF and they dont know what to do with it? They say that my course code is wrong as it is showing that I want finance for my 1st year again (which i dont) both the college which I study my FD at and UCAS have both confirmed that my course code is the same for both years so they cant give me anything different for SF.

As it stands 11/12 (my first year) i recieved help with my tution fees and grants etc, now i am not entilted to any for my second year because of this course code issue, can you help me at all?

Sounds to me as if the university didn't properly update the SLC database. Could you give me the UCAS code for both the course and university?

Will see if can get help from somewhere.
