Dunc o have upped my water today as was not drinking enough and have been peeing for england/like a horse/like a camel/isert appropriate :p
Last Friday night I took a 2 litre bottle of sparkly stuff in the bath with me (instead of a bottle of wine), was really enjoying my book and was in there for a couple of hours.
Well finished the 2 litres of water, (Good job it wasn't wine eh! wouldn't have been able to read!)
I had to get up 3 times in the night to go for a pee!!!

But, that was the day I got rid of my 6lbs, so I am sure the water helps - a lot!

Its funny how some days you feel slimmer and others you don't, yesterday I felt super slim (well as much as you can - you know what I mean) Today, don't feel quite so wonderful. Won't be feeling my ribs tonight methinks!

What you watching then? I've got the TV on, watching criminal intent on Hallmark, which reminds me I wat to try and find Biggest loser to set up on Sky+

Haha, you're rib-feeling weirdo! You think that's bad though, i've taken to sticking my hand down the back of my trousers in the lift at work when nobody's looking! I'm not pinching my own bum or pulling my pants out of my crack or anything, it's just my breeks are so baggy on me now that i can't resist! (don't judge me! :o)

I'm watching Tremors, reminds me of my ex-boyfriend. You'll need to see the film to make your own conclusions there, and i watched american idol. Sounds like Alf is putting us to shame. Hehe, i can see her now sitting typing away a la Jessica Fletcher with the Murder She Wrote theme tune in the background! Hehe, u go Alf!!! :rotfl:x x
    Still to go: 24lbs

    Hi there

I am a CD'er from last year and I lost loads (4st) then have been quite rubbish and put most of it back on over the past 12 months. I have now learnt my lesson and am restarting tomorrow. I could really use some of this love thats going round if anyone would share any - wish me luck people

    K x
Happy to share some love and support - you definitely need it to do this diet;)
Why not tell us a little about yourself.

A few of us did an AA type introduction on the first few pages of this thread.
