Just had my weigh in and I've lost a pound.
I should be pleased, because it's totm, but I feel a bitabout it - I've tried really hard, through a nightmare of a week, and in the face of a hormone-induced desire to eat carbs carbs carbs.....and I deserve more that a !!!!!!! 1lb loss!! *stamps feet*

Snags - well done!! To be fair, a lb loss at timeof the month is good....
and considering you know you've had a few "let off's" as well, i would be happy with that if i were you.........
