    godo day today. just had quorn with broccoli and some chees on top for flavour. plan on getting right on top of this now.

    you guys kept me from throwing in the towel :D

    You go for it Alf - I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for WI tom, only need half a lb to break a long standing barrier.
    Feeling focused but not looking forward to the weekend.

    MMmmm... quorn, I think I might actually prefer the Cambridge shake:p

    Just had my weigh in and I've lost a pound.

    I should be pleased, because it's totm, but I feel a bit :( about it - I've tried really hard, through a nightmare of a week, and in the face of a hormone-induced desire to eat carbs carbs carbs.....and I deserve more that a !!!!!!! 1lb loss!! *stamps feet*

    Snags - well done!! To be fair, a lb loss at timeof the month is good....

    and considering you know you've had a few "let off's" as well, i would be happy with that if i were you.........

    any loss is a good thing..... IMHO!
