I've noticed the Dollar has been slowly on the rise.
Can the experts recommend when to take the plunge? We fly away on November 15th and I was hoping to capitalise on the best rate before then.
Is it likely the Dollar will be 1.70+ by mid Nov.? If the Dollar reaches 1.70+ before mid Nov., would it be a good idea to cash in?
I'm just looking for a threshold number to cash in at?
Cheers guys/gals!0 -

Its the Pound that is on the rise, and the Dollar that it is weaker.
Hence you get more Bucks for your Quids.
Difficult to tell. 1.70+ is a big target to reach within 3 or 4 weeks.
I would suggest aim for 1.68 by the end of October, and get half there. Then have a rethink and weigh up the market.
If it heads the other way, 1.62 could be your stop loss point. Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk
