That expert was 'surprised' Tbh he could still be right in the long run, thats why these things are so tricky or we'd all make easy money

This guy agrees with him, dollar to strengthen as their trade deficit shortens on lower consumer imports I guess, they have some recovery in manufacturing

He says 1.35 euros to a dollar by autumn for example not heard him mention £

higher inflation in uk means more likely higher rates sometime in the future hence the rise, I think thats it. The inflation was beyond expectations though Im not surprised especially, are you
  • Think someone missed the ;)

Athough we do seem to get a lot of quotes posted from 'experts' who are incorrect.

The real experts on this keep their cards close to their chests.

I dont think there is any real experts except for myself maybe :p Its all about probability, its about as reliable as weather forecasting :D

This guy says cable must hold 6560 to stay positive or this move is just a temporary positive, according to him

Chart to pair with the above opinion, ie. price channels though you might touch both banks of a river, the overall direction travelled is with the current or thats my attempt an analogy/understanding of this particular theory

"its about as reliable as weather forecasting"

I'll second that. I've been watching the rate for about 10 months now.
90% of "experts" get it wrong most of the time.
If they knew for sure what the rate was going to do they'd be laying on a beach by now having made themselves a fortune currency trading.

Weather forecasting is generally fairly accurate - except for the timing.......:D pehaps the same is true about currency forecasting??
