Good morning everyone,

I logged on this morning to see what more had been written on this thread. Richard has actually been honest and straightforward (as always) in his reply to Merlin and I have to agree with much of what he has written.
I too have written many "woe is me" posts on here and received fantastic advice, help and support. I am in a much better place as a result.... thanks.
However, I have always taken the time and effort to thank people for their efforts to help me. Obviously you didn't feel like my post was of much use to you, Merlin, in your current mood.
Fine by me, it demonstrates why I post so little these days. Sometimes it is just like banging your head against a brick wall.
Quite rightly, it is our choice as to whether we read or post, so I will take my leave of you.
