    Well done HQ!

I am saving towards xmas rather than mortgage (for now, anyway) and just put £70:j from my teddy bank onto an Asda card - saved by walking to work rather than taking bus for most days last 5 weeks. Amazing how fast it can build up if you lay it aside. Otherwise it would just have sat in my purse and slowly and mysteriously disappeared as it always has before.....

Car boot sale yesterday went well....£101 less £6 pitch fee so £95 made.

Herman was getting it but my tumble dryer has just gone kaput last night and the central locking on our Laguna has gone about 10 minutes ago and the lock mechanism on the driver's door just turns! OH doesn't know about that one yet. Looks like the car boot money will need to go towards repair bills.:undecided

It never rains but it pours.

We were supposed to be going to do another car boot elsewhere today, but we lost the keys for the car roof box (which held the tables we needed for the sale) and by the time they turned up, it was far too late. I now have a dining room full of junk. :(

I think I'll go back to bed until it's tomorrow.
Herman - MP for all! :)
