Just gotta text, friend of a friend who I was due to meet for lunch next week was rushed in yesterday morning with pre-eclampsia, 28wks. Little boy born by C-section last night. Both doing ok, I know I don't know her but still want to wish her well, poor woman, apparently in a bit of shock. Makes me very grateful. X

Gads, tara, I hope they're all right.

Searching. if I don't do stuff I lose all my energy and sit about doing nothing. I need to be doing things all the time.

SM - I'm afraid wikiBEEdia has a hole in her knowledge when it comes to WTC, We didn't get them when Chris was a baby but then when I started my pt job and used a registered childminder we got them and since I stopped working we still get them  I have no idea why we still get them even tho I told them I'm not working anymore and Chris not at childminders it makes no sense to me at all and I'm convinced they've over paid us! I just keep telling myself that it will be ok coz if they have paid too much, when bump comes they will prob just not give us the extra until its the same as what they overpaid??

Anyho GOOD NEWS!! I'm getting an ipod for my birthday :j
not sure if its a 'normal' one or the touch (I asked for purple one as thought touch was too exp but OH says his ma n pa suggested the touch so he told them why I asked for purple one and left it up 2 them) I want it now tho! :o

My friend has just gone to visit so more news later.

I bought a new Corsa almost 3 years ago, 1st time in my life where I've gone to buy something and not made do with 2nd best (bad habit), it's got leather seats and automatic lights and wipers and although it's only a 1.3tdi it's really got some omph which is needed here with all the hills and tractors. OH has a Honda CRV 2.2tdi as it's low on Co2 but a big car. I use it as much as possible as the fuel is included and the amount of tax you pay for that means you want to get the most out of it. It does mean that mine has only done 6.5k though. His has to be changed next year when the 3 years is up so maybe the Nissan Qashqai 7 seater. Cars are essential here unfortunatley.

Nice pressie Sami, just found out that my pressie for mothers day, mag subscription, isn't coming as he never confirmed it, surprise surprise!

I thought that tax credits were always a year in arrears so no point in letting them know about SMP as it affects next years award not this???
