Great i thought i would get a nice peacefull evening but my dad is on his way round, love him to bits but he is deaf and insists on putting the discovery chanel on full blast :-) x

He is going blind too, so insists on rearranging the furniture so he is closer to the TV as well !!

I've been away for a few days visiting my sister in Brighton, lovely in the sunshine! Will try and catch up but can someone please let me know what i've missed!

I was hoping for a peaceful evening too but my parents are coming in and one of the girls from work wanted to too. Have put her off til tomorrow but can't say no to my parents as they're bringing us tea!

You wouldn't have thought it was tiring being in here - I'm hardly walking miles! Am sure they pipe something into the air to make you sleepy!

Got to go for a walk now to the shop for that card. Think I might get some magazines and have a look round outside for some benches and I'll go out for half an hour's fresh air and a read later to clear my head.. I suppose an evening sunbathe on the air ambulance landing pad is out of the question!

i treated myself to some very nice things today while shopping (as ive only got a week or so before im strict again) galaxy bar, cheesecake and coke zero also arttic roll x

All the best laid plans ladies i think thats the saying im looking for anyway hehe.

Elle how can you think about sunbathing this heat is killing me i have the windows open and the fans blasting adn i still feel like im melting :-)
