Triggles - I am going to ring my BF coordinator in a couple of weeks but only because I have had 2 reductions so want her to try and get as much info as poss beforehand!
Congrats Krystal - Caitlin is gorgeous. Can't wait for BS. :j:j:j
Well, work want me to change position - out of management and into something else which I am much more skilled in! Will also be line managed by top boss instead of my current manager. A side step but a good one
Same salary which is OK as it's what I would be on if I had stayed in my old job.
No sick pay but I get extra holiday in case I need it.
Have gone straight to top bosses re Mat Pay as don't seem to be getting anywhere with my manager!
Flexible working and can return part-time if I want to.
I'm doing the job in overtime - so should be doing it full-time by July/August! :jA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
