Nah it would be a separate person from ur GP, MWs usually wear a uniform so u can always spot 'em
you'll meet a community MW when they come to you at home after the birth or before if you were to have a home birth
My m/w is a size 8 and doesn't wear a uniform - usually killer heels, a skin tight pencil skirt and a very fitted shirt!
Big congrats to Tine (I know I'm late with that!) on the birth of Lexi(e?) and Codeaholic on Isobel!!
Krystal must be doing something by now!! Nothing on f/b though....
On the subject of ages I'm 39(eek!) but am permanently about 25 in my head - well, maybe I've moved to about 27 now. Certainly not in my 40th year:eek:
Off to registry office to make Sam official in a mo - and can then send off for child benefit & his passport!! (Hmm - photo could be interesting!!!!)
Labour vibes to Candice (c'mon girl!!) & hugs (non dodgy ones) for all!
happy Birthday to Mrs Moc - horrible to be in hosp, but the best place in the circumstances - hang on as long as possible, lovely.

I am fuming :mad::mad:
back in Nov a girl in work got 6 Take that tickets. I bought 2 and gave her the £100 for them. I told her a few months ago that I couldn't go for obvious reasons (they are standing tickets!) and she said her 2 friends wanted them. I asked her 2 weeks ago for the money as I need it for Wembley - said by end of month. Asked her again today - 'My mates aren't going now and I'm selling my tickets too'.
If I hadn't have asked she wouldn't have said, just sent a group text and had one back from a mate who wants my 2. So fingers crossed I'll get my money back for them!
Problem is this girl wants me to try and sell her 2 for her as well. :mad:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Morning everyone !!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS MOC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I got to sleep in till 9.50 this morning when the bin men woke me up, but didnt get out of my bed till 10 mins ago !!
It was great, and the last time I will get to do that for a very long time probably !!
Today I am washing baby clothes and all the sheets and blankets for the moses basket so that everything is ready. Already have a couple of vests and things washed that are in the hospital bag, but thought I would just do everything now so I dont have to start when I get home from hospital.
Also need to hoover our bedroom as Jasmine was eating crisps on the floor playing the playstation the other night !!!
Other than that, a nice relaxing day with no child to run after !!! yeah !!
Labour vibes to candice
Hugs for everyone else xxThe two best things I have done with my life
