Now who is the one with attitude and being rude to someone who was offering help? If you ask a question with the total wrong terminology then my first reply was perfectly acceptable.

Try again a couple of times. There are people who will do it for you, they are not all robots (unlike other companies customer service offerings).

I think it's time we all put the arguing to one side, and brought out the 'Naked Twister' board.
