  • Don't buy the mini train set with battery engine and 2 carriages and track. Bought it as a little treat to cheer my boy up, as soon as we got it we put batteries in it and within half an hour he'd caught his hand up in it twice and was left with a nasty little blood blister. It really made him scream and when you're a mum you know when they've really hurt themselves:(

Went to Poundland/99p shop Weds (can never remember what I get in which one, as they're next door to each other, sorry) - bargains included:
set of 3 different-sized spatter screens for pans
set of 5 different-sized microwave plate covers
set of bath stuff: 1 nailbrush with handle and a pumice stone on the reverse of the brush, 1 longhandled bath brush, 1 washing scrunchy
large jar of garlic salad (garlic gloves, peppers, olives, capers)
    low energy bulbs

Don't buy their nose clippers - doesn't work!

Snap, I bought this last week. What a great bargain. :p
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Best deal for me is Lego. They often sell small boxes of lego (for a pound of course), which make great stocking stuffers, or loot bag toys for kids parties.

Mix-n-Match 3 packets of fox biscuit - crinkle crunch, clasic creams and butter crinkle creams.

2 packs of typhoo fruit tea (packs also have promotional 20p off next purchase vouchers in)

    99p Store
watermelon, apple and bubblegum multipacks of sugar-free extra chewing gum
The 2 packs of shortbread rounds are also really good value and pretty easy on the tastebuds. :D
