Don't get me wrong, I'm not in a battle , I wouldn't know what the procedure is if the pwc had requested the case be closed, I wouldn't expect the csa to tell me over the phone cos of data protection n all that, I have had 3 payments refunded back to my account and the bank inform me , that it is from the csa, I have re-paid them as I am not ready yet to burn in hell :o
The CSA would send you a letter stating that the case has been closed unless of course there is arrears to collect

No arrears in this camp :) but I have been checking the post often, I am not in touch with mother or child so wouldn't know if the case is due to be closed, in the meantime I shall just continue paying until I hear otherwise :A

Stick it in a bank account earn a little interest for yourself, then if the CSA come back to you about arrears or demands for payments then you have it, in a seperate account ;)
