Oh behave please...can we help it that many NRP are "fathers" let's not railroad the OP's thread perhaps ou would like to start your own anger filled thread and we can all submit our thoughts there

    Good Luck Diamond.

If you look, the Op has now contacted her MP and they are looking into things now that they cannot fiddle their expenses :rotfl:,
i did start a thread asking if anyone could possibly know why of late I have been getting refunds from the csa? lots looked nobody answered, I can only suspect that cos I was not getting milked that the ladies here were not really bothered or somewhat angry .
Oh and then there are the other threads where the dna tests prove negative and the bloke has been paying, no mention of what a b***h the 'mother' has been.
Yes long live (i'm not even going to say ;))
  • hi diamond

do not close your case!! why shoudl you give up?? i have been fighting for years -

    keep every letter you send/receive
keep log of all phone calls
they are obliged to return your calls within 48hrs if they dont call them and compalin
you should try and appeal to a tribunal - you can ask for this

good advice to go to your mp
if you have to call them every single day then do it. make their life hell until they make his life hell to pay up

do not give up hope x

    1. Everyone is able to contact their MP
    2. I looked at your thread but guess what i couldn't give you an answer hence why i didn't post nothing  (incase you haven't figured it out yet if have something to say then i say it)
3.Many women/pwc commented on the dna thread just incase you skimmed past that part, the sad thing is i bet there are many more cases just like that. However you cannot tar all women with the same stick.

I will look at the thread again, but I don't recall any woman mentioning about the great deception that is obviously not as rare as one would like to think. But do recall the post saying think about the child or that the poorly accused NRP (who happens to be male) will get assistance in claiming al his contributions back plus interest ....
  • shall we get back to the original point - ie helping out this mom who needs support??

Looking at a recent post, she is on the way to be sorted out, she has been in touch with her MP, who will represent her case for her.
But I won't forget the other goings on

I am the OP of the thread I think you are referring to.

Please take another look - many a PWC have made their feelings about the mother quite clear without resorting to name calling as you are suggesting.

I do not post on this forum very often, apart from updating my own thread as I feel I have little advice to offer, from reading some of your vile posts I think we are similar in that respect !!

Please stop antagonising the regular posters here, to my husband and I their advice and support has been invaluable through very difficult times.

Not antagonising anybody, I just think it is absolutely disgusting how some people carry on in today's society and on this forum, if the advice given was balanced and fair, then all the better, however there is obviously a strong bias in the wrong direction

That will be as most of the ladies on here are PWC so therefore do not make payments to the CSA therefore cannot have them refunded.

Looks like your NRP commrades let you down on that thread;)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not in a battle , I wouldn't know what the procedure is if the pwc had requested the case be closed, I wouldn't expect the csa to tell me over the phone cos of data protection n all that, I have had 3 payments refunded back to my account and the bank inform me , that it is from the csa, I have re-paid them as I am not ready yet to burn in hell :o
