They've been texting me over the weekend. They want to go and I'm happy to accomodate. However the minute they see a Social Worker they will change their mind as they're putting themselves in an untenable position. Yet another case of LHA and putting temptation in the way of skint people.

    How was the wedding?

OH is working on IT solution and confident we will have something tonight. Hopefully new project will be up and running tomorrow.

    Well not a great day.

OH thought he had an IT solution to a problem but can't get it to work and is now pulling out that box and starting again. Solution 2 will be done tonight so :jto him. I used the accessibilty options for about 30 secs and they are horrible. It's like Stephen Hawking reading Lord of the Rings...bl00dy grating but better than nothing it has to be said.

And I had a phone call from consultancy. Company so impressed by our pitch that they feel it should be done in house. Thanks for your help, BYE  Their method is akin to needing a trained first aider so sending 6 staff to medical school should ensure we're really covered. C'est la vie, just out of pocket for 2 days work, 600 miles to meet them and most up to date manuals to kick start the work :o not  Just seems never ending this dry spell.

Good things is I persevered with EMA and got a decision based on this years income not last which is a good result. SB can take that to school on Wednesday. And tax credits looking closer and closer to terrible estimate I gave them, if I had the strength left I'd cry.

Onwards, upwards, tomorrow is a new day ... platitude platitude platitude :rotfl:

    Thanks ladies.

Well OH has cracked his problem. He's documenting it tonight and adjusting email addresses etc. So  for him.

Other stuff is well pants. Still got to visit sunny aberdeen and saw where the Orkney ferry goes from...may be useful one day

And no crying...we're all too good and strong for that.

    :o

Went to see it tonight with my best pal, she has been dying to.

I did see something that looked good, can't remember the name of it though. Shall investigate.

Did you see on the DFW boards there's a DFW meet in Edinburgh in December? I trust you'll be attending?
