Between 5 and 9pm from memory. Evening meal basically. I'll phone and reserve a table when I leave Aberdeen.

I've got the pitch up there at 11am so should be back on the road by 2pm at the latest. In Edinburgh about 6pm. That should all come together nicely.

If it does go horribly wrong I'll text you straight away. But don't envisage that.

Dinner for 7 then? I'm only ten minutes away on the bus if you're early.

This was posted on the Freebies board - it's free audio publications for the blind. Not had a chance to check through as I'm currently trying my best to burn dinner :D

Thanks FF. I've sent it straight to OH. He's been doing computer stuff this weekend and seems happier than he has for ages. Got him a techie book he needed and it included a CD-ROM with the whole book in PDF which means the computer can read it to him. He's chuffed.

Phoned Viking about the droppie offie cupboard doors yesterday after they tried to deliver a replacement desk. Nice guesture but unless we saw it up, won't work.

Poor chap on phone couldn't apologise enough and hopefully they'll be here next week. It's an annoyance that's all because cupboard is built and populated so no real harm done.

Anyhoo doorbell just went and Mr UPS is there with a wee box of Thorntons from Viking. Happy happy day (no free DVD tho Angie - I'll see if I can swing that next time :D).

Right hoovering, excuses all dried up, how I love housework
