I'm grateful to any lender that acknowledges me at the moment. I need all the help i can get :rotfl:

I've no real gripe with anyone at the mo, but i'm a bit disappointed by the Co-op. Still have probs navigating around their internet banking site. The layout is pretty poor and account transactions take an ice-age to up-date. Apart from that, they seem a pretty friendly, helpful bunch.

Sorry, i've no juicy stories involving strongly worded letters and frustrating phone-calls :rotfl:. But give it time...

in an update Lloyds are again at the top of my HATE list and i do feel like sending a letter of complaint to them which would also include a SAR and Charges reclaim on an Overdraft

    Scum IMO

Capital one. I have been trying to close an account since September 2008. Card has never been used since late 2007 and was cleared same month. Phone calls, online messages and letters sent recorded and normal mail seem to be ignored. My request is simple, please close this account and mark it as settled with the relevent agencies. Not difficult yet they still don't do it.

    ABBEY

Hate them with passion !! They just don't have a clue what they are doing, even if you go to them with the simplest of the problem the only thing they do efficiently is give you one phone no after the other, due to which at the end of it you rack up a huge bill for getting one simple problem solved

    They truely are shAbbey

Also BARCLAYCARD has to right there

Inspite of being with them for almost 3 years, with no missed payments what so ever, am still sitting on the same ridiculous limit and the same high apr of 29.9% with their barclaycrd initial
Everytime I request for a limit increase or atleast an reduction in the apr with an upgrade of the account, get the same ridiculous big fat no

Don't know what have I done wrong

A&L but only cause they are the only people ever to refuse me a loan or credit card in 21 years. They refused me a loan last year, but then Egg gave me a loan within weeks and then I got a credit card off Virgin as well with a £6000 limit, which was more than the loan amount I wanted.

I've been with Natwest bank wise for all my adult life, they only have aggreviated me off a couple of times. Once when I got a charge for being late with my card payment and they refused to remove it. The wouldn't remove the charge, despite the fact that I had been with them for 19 years already and never ever failed to pay any loan or card payment with them on time before.

Guess that was still my fault, but the main pee off was when my card was cloned and after the initial contact, I had to do the chasing and very nearly missed out on making my claim as the paperwork etc wasn't processed properly.

Touching wood, I've been very lucky really.
