So you need
Incoming mail server (POP3) is mail.plus.net
(4) Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is relay.plus.net0 -
5) The "User Name" field should be filled with your username - the username that you chose when you subscribed.
(6) The password field should be filled with the password that you selected on signup but note that you will not be able to see it as you type (it will appear asterisked).
In the 'More Settings' menu, go to the Outgoing Server tab and ensure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is NOT selected. Then click OK and you will be returned to the previous menu. Click Next to continue.0 -

P.S For what its worth Outlook Express may be easier for you to use.

intel, do you really think OE would be easier. I personally prefer Outlook and I think rush has got the idea, I am sure she was just using the wrong settings.
I had to talk someone through setting up an account in OE last week and I find it easier with Outlook.0 -

Deffo 100% thats why its the MS Standard email editor, also three
ticks of a mouse and its all basically set to go.. If find Outlook an
excellent tool but only for work related stuff...
I think its overkill for home use... but thats my opinion. :beer:0 -
