Are you at the screen that says Internet e-mail settings (Pop3)?
If not, what screen are you actually on. If you actually have Pop3 e-mail I should be able to talk you through this, at least until someone else comes along that might be more profficient than me.0 -

thats sounds right.
Where it says "Your name", that is where you put the name you want to appear on your e-mails when you send them and when you print them out.0 -
The e-mail address is the address you are trying to set up so you would put (for example)
rushnowt@whatevergoeshere.co.uk0 -

Incoming mail server will be something like mail.whatevergoeshere.co.uk
Outgoing mail server will be something like smtp.whatevergoeshere.co.uk
These are the settings that would have been provided when you set up your e-mail accounts and if you were previously using Outlook Express you would have put this info in there as well.
The user name is the e-mail address again. The password is just that, the password you would use to access your e-mail account.
Once all those are in you can press the test account settings button and see what happens.
I am doing this as if you do have a pop account. As I don't want you to give details on here, this might be trial and error but its a place to start.0 -

Yes, but hotmail now charge for collecting your mail through outlook/express so if you didn't have it set up before it probably won't work now but the principal is the same.
For whatevergoeshere, substitute your e-mail provider's name.0
