Lets get CS into gear and send an urgent comms to all stores, 2 mins on the phone could bring 6 weeks of benefits.

:T Called CS and they confirmed ALL stores are accepting the coupon.
Only problem now is that it won't scan by the looks of things:rotfl:

Ok, i e-mailed Tesco asking what the policy was in my local store and this is the responce i got:

    Thank you for your email.

I have detailed below some information on the acceptance of coupons in our
stores which I hope will help you.

All Tesco specific coupons display the Tesco logo. We'll only accept these at
the till if you buy the product shown on the coupon at the time.

We're happy to accept a non-Tesco product coupon even if you don't buy the item.
But, the coupon must be in date and Tesco must sell the product. If you present
more than one identical coupon you need to purchase the same number of products.
This also includes coupons printed from the Internet, but these will only be
accepted at the discretion of the Store Manager.

I hope this has helped to explain things for you.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

So does this mean i can hand over as many as i like, or should i still write to the store manager??

Each store ( and SA) is different Aallank. Some accept 25% of total, some 50%, some no limit, some so many internet etc etc. It's a case of trial and error I'm afraid.

If you haven't already, check out the FAQ on the 1st page.

Let us know how you get on, we like to hear of all couponing experiences in here!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Someone told me that the Wilkinsons near where I work had the Finish Quantum 10 packs in for £1.70 again (I'd cleared the shelf last week!) and I couldn't resist it :D so I tootled off this lunchtime and grabbed half a dozen. The SA hadn't seen the MOC's before so she called over the supervisor (who I had checked with last week they were OK) and she said it was fine but she just needed to check. She came back and said she wasn't sure if she had done the right thing but would let them go through at £1.70, they will find out when they send them off - phew! Anyway, I'm going to stop now, I've got 60 packs which will last me well into the next decade :rotfl:
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

Local store took the conditional spend £5 off without a hitch.
" We've had a lot of these today" she said."
Thanks to Coupon Mad's advice they were asked about it last week, so all the staff have apparently been trained on how to enter them!
It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)
If you use the "search this thread" button at the top of the page, you may find it's been answered already!;)

The customers are really lucky to use coupons in Tesco unlike the Staff. One of the staff members was given a warning for using the coupons and paying just pennies. The management keeps an eye on that member for using the coupons. They check the coupons used by that member of staff specially... now all the sales assistants in that store are reluctant to even serve the person in question coz they will be in trouble too.

Although Tesco is a very good company, the culture of the company and the people who work there really suck. Especially there are many managers who are computer illiterates and have been in Tescos for over 20 yrs and have very little knowledge on how things change and work. Unless these ones change I guess with this kinda work ethics and culture Tesco cant beat Wallmart in worldmarket . Poor member of staff that one, going thru umpteen meetings for coupon usage.

    I'll bring a crate of beer. ;)

  • On a different note was just having a look through the vouchers for sale on Ebay after the post m4rtin put up about the Tena vouchers and found someone trying to sell the Walls £5 coupons.:eek: They were the 'internet' printed ones so I reported the listing to Ebay. :T:T They probably won't do anything but it's worth a try. :D:D:D

Sellers like that really annoy me because it's us poor genuine couponers that suffer in one way or another.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I hope they choke on their sausages lol!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just a quick update on this the listing suddenly seemed to disappear so looks like Ebay pulled it. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T
However it looks like the same seller hasn't learnt and has relisted them so bet you can't guess what I just did lol!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It really does annoy me arghhhhh :mad::mad: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
